Job Qualifications

The successful candidate will be student centered with excellent knowledge of Physical Education and Health Science.  They will be a strong team contributor, embrace professional risk-taking, value innovation as a necessary attribute for continuous growth and have knowledge of and ability to implement Health and Physical Education curriculum and instruction based on the current New York State standards.  The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of best instructional practices in health and physical education certification areas.  They will have a background in creating and/or modifying curriculum and be commited to the idea of Physical Education and Health as key pieces of the development of the whole child.
