German Teacher (Grades 7–12)

• Work Location: Marion Junior-Senior High School
• Hours: 7:25 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Description:
Marion Junior-Senior High School is seeking a passionate and dedicated German Teacher to join our highly effective and collaborative World Language team. Marion CSD has a proud tradition of excellence in world language programming and serves as a regional leader by offering three comprehensive language paths: German, Spanish, and American Sign Language. This position offers a unique opportunity to guide students as they pursue the New York State Seal of Biliteracy and complete their advanced language journey.

Qualifications:

• Valid New York State (NYS) Teacher Certification required.
• A person of high integrity who consistently places students’ needs above their own professional preferences.
• High level of flexibility and adaptability in daily assignments and duties.
• Ability to deliver engaging, personalized, and innovative lessons across various subject areas.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with grade-level and departmental teams.
