Teacher Aide (1:1 Student Support) 7:40 AM – 3:10 PM Marion Elementary School
The successful candidate will be child-centered, patient, flexible, and committed to supporting student success. The candidate will work collaboratively with teachers and related service providers to implement the student's IEP and behavior support plan. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow directions, and experience using positive behavioral supports are preferred. The successful candidate will advocate for the student's needs while helping to foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
