Deliver Instruction: Implement lesson plans, ensuring continuity in student learning. Adapt lessons as needed to meet the diverse needs of students.  Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment.  Address student behavior, encourage participation, and foster a safe, inclusive atmosphere.  Access Student Progress: Monitor and document student performance through informal assessments and observations.  Provide feedback to students and collaborate with the regular teacher on student development.  Communicate with Parents and Staff: Maintain communication with the school staff and, when appropriate, with parents about student progress, behavior, or any concerns that may arise.  Supervise Students:  Oversee students during non-instructional times such as recess, lunch, or dismissal, ensuring their safety and well-being.  Collaborate with School Team: Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for students and contribute to the overall school community.  Other duties as assigned.
