Long Term Substitute Biology Teacher	Long Term Substitute Biology Teacher Marion Jr.-Sr. High School Beginning August 28, 2025 7:25 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. NYS Certification in Biology 7-12 Required
LTS ~ Elementary Classroom Teacher	Long Term Substitute Elementary Teacher Marion Elementary School August 28, 2025 7:40 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. NYS Certification in Childhood Education Required Deliver Instruction: Implement lesson plans, ensuring continuity in student learning. Adapt lessons as needed to meet the diverse needs of students. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive, organized, and respectful classroom environment. Address student behavior, encourage participation, and foster a safe, inclusive atmosphere. Access Student Progress: Monitor and document student performance through informal assessments and observations. Provide feedback to students and collaborate with the regular teacher on student development. Communicate with Parents and Staff: Maintain communication with the school staff and, when appropriate, with parents about student progress, behavior, or any concerns that may arise. Supervise Students: Oversee students during non-instructional times such as recess, lunch, or dismissal, ensuring their safety and well-being. Collaborate with School Team: Work closely with fellow teachers, administrators, and other support staff to ensure a seamless learning experience for students and contribute to the overall school community. Per Diem Building Substitute Teacher	Per Diem Building Substitute Marion Elementary School Starting August 28, 2025 Hours: 7:40 a.m. - 3:15 p.m. Valid NYS Teacher Certification Required This position is for daily substitute work in the elementary school building, with a rate of $175 per day ~ no benefits are associated with this position.
LTS Physical Education Teacher	LTS Physical Education Teacher Marion Elementary School Hours: 7:40a – 3:15p NYS Certification in Physical Education Required September 2025 - January 2026 (w/possible extension)
